Patrimoine – Ancien refuge de l’abbaye de Marchiennes

Alors que je rejoignais le centre de Lille en partant du parc Jean-Baptiste Lebas, je m’interrogeais sur un hôtel particulier qui semblait perdu au milieu des immenses barres d’immeubles du quartier de l’hôtel de ville. A l’abri des regards derrière un porche, ce petit hôtel particulier semble bien incongru au milieu de cette architecture moderne (pas franchement esthétique) et tout en hauteur. Seule une plaque « monument historique » nous renseigne sur son statut mais aucune autre information n’est visible: nom, fonction, histoire… rien.
